What we do
Establish and foster church partnerships
1 Corinthians 12:12-14 reminds us, 'Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.' When churches come together in partnership, they embody the unity of the body of Christ, working together to strengthen pastors and build up the Kingdom of God. The church support the church.
Training Church Committees to Care for Pastors: A Biblical Mandate
At C4C we believe that the responsibility to care for pastors is not only a practical need but also a biblical command. 1 Timothy 5:17-18 teaches us that the church must honor and provide for those who serve as leaders, especially pastors who devote themselves to preaching and teaching the Word of God.
"The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching. For Scripture says, 'Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain,' and 'The worker deserves his wages.'" — 1 Timothy 5:17-18 (NIV)
Theological Training for Pastors: Equipping for Ministry
At C4C we believe that pastors are called to rightly divide the Word of God. Our theological training program equips pastors with the knowledge, wisdom, and tools necessary to minister faithfully and powerfully, advancing the Kingdom of God through sound doctrine and effective ministry. To ensure pastors are equipped for this high calling, we offer a comprehensive theological program in partnership with net foundation.
2 Timothy 2:15 (NIV) "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."
Establishing Sustainable Livelihoods for Vulnerable Groups within the Church
At C4C, we believe that sustainable livelihoods are essential for the flourishing of every believer. By equipping vulnerable groups within the church with the tools and resources they need to sustain themselves, we fulfill our God-given mandate to care for the least of these, helping them experience both physical and spiritual transformation
Promoting Good Health, HIV/AIDS and Gender-Based Violence Prevention
At C4C we believe that God calls us to care for both the body and the spirit. Our health and prevention programs empower individuals to live healthy, dignified lives, free from disease and violence. By raising awareness about HIV/AIDS and addressing gender-based violence, we help build stronger, safer, and more resilient communities where every person can thrive.
Why we do what we do

A Biblical Mandate
We are compelled by Scripture, which calls us to care for those in need—especially those in leadership. In 1 Timothy 5:17-18, we are reminded that pastors are worthy of double honor, and as a body of believers, we are called to provide for and support them in their vital work. We believe this extends to caring for the most vulnerable members of the body of Christ, ensuring that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, can experience God's love and provision.

Empowering Pastors and Church Leaders
Pastors are the spiritual shepherds of the church, called to lead, guide, and nurture the flock. Yet, too often, they lack the support they need to carry out their calling effectively. Whether it’s through spiritual, emotional, or practical support, we seek to empower pastors and church leaders so they can continue their work with strength, passion, and faithfulness. By providing theological training, emotional support, and sustainable systems of care, we help pastors thrive, ultimately advancing the Gospel in their communities.

Advancing the Kingdom of God
Ultimately, everything we do is driven by our desire to advance the Kingdom of God. We believe that when we invest in the health, spiritual well-being, and sustainable livelihoods of individuals, we are participating in God’s work of restoration. Our goal is not just to meet immediate needs but to help individuals and communities thrive, both spiritually and practically, so that the Gospel is made visible through our actions and lives. We see the Kingdom of God advancing through transformed lives, thriving churches, and communities where the love and justice of Christ are evident.

A Call to Serve with Love and Compassion
The love of Christ compels us to serve others. We believe that serving the church, pastors, and the wider community with love, compassion, and humility is at the heart of our mission. Our work is not just about providing resources or training, but about creating relationships that foster trust, care, and genuine support. By serving others with Christlike love, we reflect God’s Kingdom here on earth, making it a reality for those we serve.
